PATRIOT CUP - FAQ
What do I need to bring?
125 shells, safety goggles, ear protection, and your own shotgun. ATVs and carts are welcome on the course if you have them. Shotguns only.
Do I need to bring my own gun?
Yes. There are no gun rentals on site. Most people shoot with a 12 or 20 guage shotgun.
Do I have to have a team?
Individual shooters are welcome, and will be teamed up with other individuals on the day of the shoot. Teams are made up of 5 shooters.
Do I have to be a competitive shooter to compete?
We welcome all skill levels at this event.
How many stations does the course have?
This is a 25-station course.
What's the agenda for the event?
Registration and a light breakfast is from 8 - 9 a.m. Then we’ll have a quick welcome and safety talk before we head out to the course around 9 a.m. Around 12:30 p.m. we’ll reconvene for lunch, awards, raffles, and spirits.
What happens if it rains?
This event goes on rain or shine. If you decide you don’t want to shoot on the date due to the weather, we’ll provide you with a voucher that will allow you to come back on a day when the club is having an open shoot to shoot at no cost. We do invite you to still attend our event for the lunch and the raffles, even if you choose not to go out on the course due to weather. We also welcome you to stick around and have a drink and play some cards.
